CANCELLATION POLICY

I have always understood that ‘stuff’ happens and sometimes people need to cancel or postpone their appointments, however I have experienced a number of no-shows recently and feel that I must point out that I do have a cancellation policy in place.  These no-shows prevent others from receiving treatment times that could have been offered.


So due to a number of missed and rescheduled appointments I must insist that a minimum of 48 hours notice is given in advance, this appointment can then be offered to others.


  • If less than 48 hours notice is given, 50% of the appointment fee will be charged.

  • If less than 24 hours is given, 100%  of the appointment fee will be charged.

  • Any charges incurred will have to be paid before a new appointment can be booked.
