CANCELLATION POLICY

I have always understood that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled — and I completely get that. However, due to a number of recent no-shows and last minute cancellations, I feel it's important to remind you that I do have a cancellation policy in place. No-shows and late cancellations prevent other clients from taking those appointment slots, so I ask that you please be mindful of this.

I kindly ask that a minimum of 48 hours notice is given for all cancellations or changes to your appointment, so that the slot can be offered to another client.

Standard Appointments

  • If less than 48 hours notice is given, 50% of the appointment fee will be charged.

  • If you fail to attend your appointment without notifying me (no-show), 100% of the appointment fee will be charged.

  • Any outstanding charges must be settled in full before a new appointment can be booked.
     

Custom Facial Appointments

My Custom Facials are something truly special — your products are handmade and prepared exclusively for you ahead of your appointment. Because of this, they cannot be used on anyone else and have a very short shelf life, which means the product cannot be saved or reused if your appointment is cancelled or changed at short notice.

For this reason, the following applies to all custom facial bookings:

  • If less than 48 hours notice is given for any cancellation or change to your appointment, 100% of the appointment fee will be charged, regardless of the reason.
     

I hope you understand that this policy is in place to protect both of us, and to ensure that every client receives the very best, freshest and most personalised experience possible. 💛
